Ayrshire Coastal Path
Culzean Castle and Country Park
With a dramatic clifftop setting, Robert Adam architecture, fascinating history & beautiful surrounds, Culzean Castle and Country Park is one of Scotland’s best days out.
The castle itself is perched on the Ayrshire cliffs, incorporating everything the earl could wish for in his country home. It was designed by Robert Adam in the late 18th century and is filled to the turrets with treasures that tell the stories of the people who lived here.
Wildings Hotel and Restaurant
Few Hotels in Ayrshire offer the same combination of coastal setting, superb restaurant and modern accommodation. We are situated just a few minutes drive from Turnberry Hotel and the bedrooms feature a clean decor to reflect the soft, reflected light of the sea and to brighten the dullest winter’s day. Most have sea views as good as any hotels in Ayrshire, looking out over the harbour and across to the Isle of Arran and north to the woods of Culzean Castle. All our accommodation is spaciously planned to be comfortable and relaxing.
Choose from double, twin or single room, and all have LCD TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners and served in two of the most friendliest of Ayrshire restaurants with a smart styling and sea views, so you can enjoy relaxed atmosphere and great varied menus in a great Ayrshire hotel.
