Roundhouse at Loch Doon
Roundhouse at Loch Doon
Loch Doon is the largest inland loch in Southern Scotland with spectacular scenery. It is approximately 5 miles in length and 1 mile at it’s widest point. It nestles in the Galloway hills with stunning views of the Rhinns Of Kells.
Here you will find The Roundhouse Cafe and Osprey Lounge.
An absolute “must stop” not just for a welcome cuppa and snack but for magnificent views and of course the
wonderful Ospreys who breed nearby. They can be viewed from the Osprey Lounge and the owner will be only to happy to tell you anything he can about these wonderful birds.
