The property has 2 individual lodges offering comfortable self catering accommodation in a beautiful garden setting, 3.5 miles from the Artist’s town of Kirkcudbright and close to moorland, forest and coast.

The Waterhouse and Boathouse have access to an outdoor Hot tub 365 days of the year.

The Waterhouse is a unique hand-crafted, eco, oak framed pole-house beside a  large pond.

Set in an acre of beautifully planted secluded garden and open under the Scottish Garden Scheme.

The Boathouse    is a small but fully equipped luxury Wigwam en-suite chalet added in 2011 sleeping 2 in a double bed. It can only be rented with The Waterhouse.

It looks like an upside down wooden boat, hence the name and is located on the other side of the car park, next to The Waterhouse. The interior is wood clad, attractive and cosy.  Groups coming to stay can be flexible, choosing to have their own space, cooking for themselves (particularly breakfast), as well as joining others in The Waterhouse and of course the Hot Tub.

Weekend 3 day breaks /Weekday 4 day breaks all year .

Week bookings- Fri, Sat, or Monday changeover.
