Priestlands Bungalow: the self catering holiday cottage in the town and the country

Priestlands Bungalow is the self catering holiday cottage in both the town and the country, giving you the benefits of both worlds.  This former farm worker’s cottage is ideally located on the edge of town with a rural outlook.  On the A710 Dumfries to New Abbey road it is close to the services and facilities of Dumfries.  Priestlands Bungalow is in a well placed central location for you to enjoy all that Dumfries and Galloway has to offer.  It is a great base whether you want to visit town or country, coast or hills.

Our accommodation

Our renovated 3 bedroom single storey house provides comfortable, modern self catering accommodation. We can sleep up to 6.  There is a double bedroom, a twin room and a single room with an additional folding bed.  We welcome families – cot, highchair and baby bath available for your use and plenty of room to play both inside and outside.  There is free Wi-Fi available.

Guests have exclusive use of a south west facing garden with lawn, shrubs and a paved seating area, with views of Criffel.  It looks out over rolling fields, grazed in summer by cattle and sheep.  There is a lockable outside store for bikes and outdoor gear. You can park off road right next to the cottage.
