"Welburn" is a secluded spacious detached house on the seaward side of the Jubilee Path with stunning views over Roughfirth from the lounge, dining room and patio - southwest facing with wonderful sunsets.
The well-equipped accommodation is furnished to the equivalent of 3*/4*; sleeps 4 - one double and one twin bedroom; both ensuite. Oil central heating, electricity and hot water are included in the price.
We are a non-smoking establishment.
There is parking for 2 cars.
One well-behaved dog is welcome at a charge of £25 by arrangement.
There is a £25 reduction for 2 people in high season. There are glorious coastal walks and scenery from the doorstep with the Galloway hills within easy driving distance. Excellent area for walking, golfing, sailing, and birdwatching, particularly in Winter with RSPB Mersehead 7 miles. Red squirrels and pheasants visit the bird table as well as coaltits etc. There are 2 pubs who do good food within ¾ mile.
