The Yellow Door is a lovingly restored cottage, in the oldest part of Kirkcudbright, in the Greengate Close which runs off the High Street. Along with the four other houses on this close, all properties benefit from a good degree of privacy and a peaceful location. At the same time, Yellow Door is central and convenient for the amenities of the bustling harbour town of Kirkcudbright.
Yellow Door has a tiled Sitting Room with a wood-burning stove in the wonderful original fire place, smart TV that leads onto a modern Kitchen – includes induction hob & dishwasher.
Two bedrooms are firstly, the master bedroom with king sized double bed in bright room with smart TV and en-suite bath & shower. Secondly, the twin Bedroom on top floor with TV and built in DVD and en-suite shower room.
Small Dogs are welcome, maximum of two.
This is a 300 year old property with its original beams and the room dimensions are therefore commensurate with a cottage of this era. Free parking is available on the street outside.
